Opening the car, and nothing beyond it
We only offer lockout assistance and opening car doors. We do not cut, replace, duplicate or program car keys.
If you need any of the following, a dealer or an automotive key specialist is the right call, not us:
- Cutting, copying or duplicating keys of any kind
- Spare keys for front doors, gates or padlocks
- Car keys: cutting, supplying, replacing or programming them
- Transponder keys and vehicle remote controls
- Ignition barrel or ignition switch repairs
- Keys for motorbikes or vans

On this coast you drive to almost everything, so cars get locked with the keys inside in the same few kinds of places.

Beaches and coves
Keys left on the seat while the bags come out, at the car parks above La Zenia, Cabo Roig or Cala Capitán. Tell us the beach and the nearest street.

The shopping centres
La Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in the province, with over 150 shops, and the smaller commercial centres. Give the car park level and the nearest entrance.

The golf clubs
Villamartín, open since 1972, Las Ramblas and Campoamor: clubs in the boot, keys in the bag. Say which club and which car park.

Questions from beside a locked car
The keys are in the boot and the car has locked itself.
That is exactly the job. The car is opened, the keys come out of the boot, and you drive away with your own keys. Nothing on the car is reprogrammed.
The car is rented. Do I ring the hire company or you?
Check your rental agreement: some companies want to send their own assistance. If they cannot help in reasonable time, they may agree to a locksmith opening it, and the invoice is made out for them.
I have lost the car key altogether. Can you make a new one?
No. Car keys are not cut, supplied or programmed here. Ring the dealer for your make or your roadside assistance; this service is only for a car whose keys are locked inside it.
Will the door or the window be damaged?
Cars are opened with tools made for the purpose, through the door, without breaking glass. Older cars and newer cars are opened differently, which is why the make and model are asked for on the phone.
How do you know the car is mine?
Once it is open, the registration document or the rental agreement inside is checked against your ID before you drive away. If the papers are not in the car, other proof is agreed on the phone first.
