2. What data, and where they come from
This website has no forms, no user accounts and no analytics. Personal data are handled only when you contact the business yourself:
- By phone: your number, and what you tell us about the address and the lock.
- By WhatsApp: your number and name as shown in WhatsApp, your messages, photos and any location you share.
- By email: your address and what you write.
- During a job: the address, the document you show to prove you may enter, and the details needed for the invoice.
The document shown as proof is checked on the spot and not copied or kept unless you ask for it to be noted on the invoice.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your request and carrying out the work: steps prior to a contract, and the contract itself (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Checking that you may enter the property, vehicle or safe: the legitimate interest of preventing unlawful entry (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
No automated decisions or profiling are carried out, and the data are not used for advertising.
4. How long the data are kept
Messages and call details are kept while the request is being dealt with and for up to one year afterwards, in case of questions about the work. Invoices are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally six years).
5. Who else processes them
- Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., which serves the site and processes technical connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), if you choose to write on WhatsApp.
- Email and telephone providers, which carry the messages and calls.
- Tax advisers and the tax authorities, for invoices, where the law requires.
The fonts on this site are served from the site itself; no request is made to Google Fonts or any other third party when a page loads.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare and the Meta group may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to offer an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to their processing, and portability, by writing to info@locksmithorihuelacosta.es with a copy of an identity document. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

2. Qué datos y de dónde proceden
Este sitio web no tiene formularios, cuentas de usuario ni analítica. Solo se tratan datos personales cuando usted contacta con el negocio:
- Por teléfono: su número y lo que nos cuente sobre la dirección y la cerradura.
- Por WhatsApp: su número y el nombre que muestre WhatsApp, sus mensajes, fotos y la ubicación que comparta.
- Por correo electrónico: su dirección y lo que escriba.
- Durante el trabajo: la dirección, el documento que muestre para acreditar que puede entrar y los datos necesarios para la factura.
El documento que se muestra como acreditación se comprueba en el momento y no se copia ni se conserva, salvo que usted pida que conste en la factura.
3. Finalidades y base jurídica
- Atender su solicitud y realizar el trabajo: medidas precontractuales y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Comprobar que puede acceder al inmueble, vehículo o caja fuerte: interés legítimo en evitar accesos ilícitos (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
- Facturación y contabilidad: obligación legal (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
No se toman decisiones automatizadas ni se elaboran perfiles, y los datos no se usan con fines publicitarios.
4. Plazo de conservación
Los mensajes y datos de llamadas se conservan mientras se atiende la solicitud y hasta un año después, por si surgen dudas sobre el trabajo. Las facturas se conservan durante los plazos que exige la normativa fiscal y mercantil (con carácter general, seis años).
5. Destinatarios
- Alojamiento web: Cloudflare, Inc., que sirve el sitio y trata datos técnicos de conexión, como la dirección IP, para entregarlo y protegerlo.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (grupo Meta), si usted decide escribir por WhatsApp.
- Proveedores de correo electrónico y telefonía, que transportan mensajes y llamadas.
- Asesoría fiscal y Administración tributaria, en lo relativo a facturas, cuando la ley lo exija.
Las fuentes tipográficas se sirven desde el propio sitio; al cargar una página no se hace ninguna petición a Google Fonts ni a otros terceros.
6. Transferencias internacionales
Cloudflare y el grupo Meta pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Ambos están adheridos al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (Data Privacy Framework), que la Comisión Europea considera que ofrece un nivel de protección adecuado.
7. Sus derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de sus datos, la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento y la portabilidad, escribiendo a info@locksmithorihuelacosta.es con copia de un documento identificativo. Si considera que no se han respetado sus derechos, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
